Tetris Blocks 2 Tetris Blocks 2

Rated 4 / 5 stars

Awesome movie

It looks like this is the product of long nights playing Tetris "Hmm, what if these blocks had lives of their own?" Also, what was that music? The faster version of the ska tetris tune, it sounded like sublime did it or something. And what was that chiptune song you had at the end?

Hampo responds:

I use Bostick(tm) Blu-Tack to animate because I can't find any normal modeling clay LOL

Nice.

How did you do that? Did you tape yourself doing an action then used flash to make an outline of yourself doin these things then pasted it all over the place or what?

Very nice flash. Nice music too. It sounds like something you would hear at a performance of 'Stomp'. If you keep this up you will have a nice string of portal awards going for you. Keep up the great work! ^>^

Dustball responds:

Thanks! Yes, that is indeed how I did it.

Gumbi - Part 2 Gumbi - Part 2

Rated 3 / 5 stars

meh

if you got a better camera.. you know, something from logitech, then i could appreciate the artwork more. what was the fps on that thing? 10? i generally like 20, but everyone else goes with 15, so i just hopped on the bandwagon.

Chrispington responds:

Your stupidity amazes me! This was taken at quite high resolution, on my logitech camera, and your comment just shows that you know next to nothing about video compression, filesize, or, in fact, anything flash related.

And if you jumped on the fps bandwagon, you must have fallen off, been crushed under the wheels and every bone in your body broken.
18 fps.

great job man!

last time i reviewed one of your movies, i asked you some questions, and one of them did not make sense... i wanted to ask this... "when you import your movies from Logitech ImageStudio to macromedia flash, do you import at the highest qualety? or do you use some other quality?" i hope you understood the question this time. nad i loved the movie, and all of your work. as soon as i get a good enough idea, im gonna submit my clays to newgrounds.

Knox responds:

i import my movies into flash at 90% quality

awsome!

at least it wasnt tampons this time! i hope to see more of your work. all this violence on the news reminds me of the time my freind dropped an envalope full of chalk on the ground with a note inside of the envalope... the note said "praise allah". he dropped it in the middle of my school while i was hanging out with him. it made the front page twice. i cant believe he did that... it was really funny! i was laughing for two weeks! i got to miss two days of school for it! not laughing... but the envolope.it was such a big deal! it was cool. he is really cool. see ya on your next movie!

robototron responds:

thanks! good story, too. of course, you've got to understand people being a bit on edge.
